I came to JC Penny salon as I was shopping in the mall. I want to comment on how amazing Ammar’s work was on my daughter. Her hair turned out perfect! Not only was her hair so professionally done, she was so happy and comfortable. He was so friendly and for a toddler- that’s exactly what she needed to enjoy her haircut. If you visit JC Penny, I 100% recommend going there and asking for Ammar! Thank you so much!
