Came in today as a walk in they had a cowbell to ring for service I rang twice .I finally stepped in and made contact with a worker i said hello she said HI I think? I stepped back and waited for someone no one came so I stepped in again the lady said can I help you I said I'm walking in for a hair cut if possible? she laughed while working on some ladies hair and said "ummmm I dont know what to tell you but Im The only one here" I said ok and I walked out . I am a long-term customer of this salon, and highly recommend it. It is clean and calm, and the staff are friendly and accommodating of those with special needs. For example: I am highly allergic to coconut and at my appointment today my stylist Anna along with Gabby, other stylists, and the manager spent a significant amount of time searching through the salon's inventory to find products that would be great for today's look without killing me. I always love going here! I get color and cuts. I also have a horrible allergy to coconut, and they work so hard to keep me from dying. They are friendly and professional too!

Went in for color, cut and highlights. Showed stylist a picture of what I wanted. She acted like she didn't really want to do it, and kind of talked me out of the color and brightness of the highlights. After finally deciding on colors, she applied the dye to my hair then put the bleach for the highlights on top of the dye. Maybe this is a new technique?? But it did not work.
