Big rave to the JCPenny Salon team. My mom went there to get her hair done, and she's sometimes a bit particular so when she explained she wasn't happy with her hair the first go around, the ladies there took it in stride and did right by my mom. Two ladies that helped her, I believe were Fran and Emmie (please pardon the mispelling, if that's the case). This is now the third time my mom goes there and the first where she asked for corrections. It's safe to say she'll go back again.

I just want to rave about Emmy at the salon! She’s incredible and was such a joy! I lost trust in getting my hair done after my regular stylist stopped working and I had one bad hair botch! I went in knowing I wanted to lighten my hair but not a crazy amount and Emmy immediately gave ideas and tossed around ideas with her coworker Kennedy and ultimately we decided on a honey/caramel highlight. If you or your kiddos need a haircut save your time and money!! Terrible job took my daughter and myself for a haircut and it was like a 4 year old cut our hair both ladies had no idea what they were doing!!!! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!!
