The service was great however the stylists was late and the appointment lasted more than an 1hr.
I usually don't rate but I just had the most unprofessional encounter at the Salon with Delecca (spelling)...I booked online when i arrived she was sitting in her phone asked did i need something... At that point I said I'm here for an appointment she asked with who I said you i believe you she then said can't be me...i asked is there a problem.. Long story short she told me the price online wasn't right because they didn't know what goes on in the salon once doing i asked is there a problem she kept saying nio but never ini... read more
They have some very talented stylists here the Manager Tiffany is awesome!!
It's a no for me. They can really work on customer service.
