Very unhappy about the charge for my haircut. I did not have a shampoo, as I had washed it in the a,m, had a dry haircut, no styling or product, as it was so windy it wouldn’t have helped. . . Simple layering and cleaning up edges. Stylist charged $60.00. When I got home my daughter said, “I thought you were getting a haircut.” Do stylist set their prices or is it a shop rate? Basic haircut, $42.00 is posted. She did nothing extra or even the basics.

My daughter and I recently had an unfortunate experience during a hair lightening process. From the beginning, it was evident that either the assigned stylist was a novice or one with little trust from management, creating an uneasy atmosphere.
