Booked for a Haircut&Blow Dry and didn’t get anything but a botched haircut. She didn’t wash my hair. I told her I wanted it just below my shoulders and she cut it just above my shoulders where it’s touching, she spritzed it with a water bottle for all of five seconds and gave me a dry cut basically. I asked for layers and I don’t see any. She then took electric clippers to my hair to make sure it was even. Left the salon with dirty hair and a haircut i didn’t want. Worst braids that I have ever gotten. I paid $295 for spaces out braids and honesty the job was worth no more than $185.00 with the cheap hair that was used. Never again. A waist of time and $, and the atmosphere was questionable and unprofessional except for 1 stylist whom was nice. I am very disappointed as so should have paid the Africans $295 and it would have been a GREAT job. I had pre-planned to keep the braids for at least 6 months, but I will have to pay a professional that price again for an upcoming event. Please ... read more
Great service and expert stylist. Lisa and Al executed great customer service and my hair looked great. The entire staff was friendly; which contributed to a great experience.
