On August 7, 2010 A man peeped at me over the door at the JC Penney women's dressing room in Carolina Place Mall. The store manager said there was nothing she could do about it. She said he broke no JC Penney store policy. Even though he admitted he did it she did not tell him he shouldn't have done that and she did not apologize to me for my experience.
