I showed up at 5 for a walk in appointment, waited for a few minutes after ringing the bell, finally popped my head around the corner to see if anyone was there. A lady was doing someone's hair and said someone will be out shortly, then comes out and tells me she has to speak with the other employee to see what they're doing because they were talking about closing early, the hours online said open until 7 pm. Yesterday I was there, at first everything was going very well because I knew I had asked for something difficult to do. I was there for 9 hours but no one told me that what I asked for couldn't be finished or couldn't be done. I went home at 8:30 pm, I couldn't complain because I didn't have time to see the results properly because it was too late ,they didn't finish it and they made me pay 240 USD for leaving my hair terribly bad. I'm crying and I can't leave the house because of shame
