We paid for a stylist to do corn rows in my son's hair. What we got is going to end up falling out in less than a week. I don't think I have ever seen braids this loose in my life.

Giving three stars because the end result wasn’t very bad. I decided to give this place another try after going in April and having an okay-ish experience. The person that did my hair took so long. Literally took an hour plus just applying my color. I don’t have very long or thick hair..normally it takes other salons 30 minutes in my experience. I understand that they could’ve been a newer employee, but I also said I didn’t want my hair blow dried because of how long it already took. They didn’t listen and did that anyway. T... read more
I showed up at 5 for a walk in appointment, waited for a few minutes after ringing the bell, finally popped my head around the corner to see if anyone was there. A lady was doing someone's hair and said someone will be out shortly, then comes out and tells me she has to speak with the other employee to see what they're doing because they were talking about closing early, the hours online said open until 7 pm.
