I have the best luck here! The stylists are all so friendly and easy to work with. I always leave feeling great. Clean, and professional atmosphere, I won't go anywhere else. :)
Gina and the whole JCPenney salon team are all extremely talented. They all go above and beyond to make sure you are always satisfied before leaving the chair. The salon is very clean and always stocked with the newest hair products. Have been going here for years and will continue to recommend this salon to family and friends.
this was the most disgusting salon i have ever been in. they seem to have bug infestations and a leaky ceiling that hasnt been fixed. ive noticed dirty walls, sticky floors, dusty shelves, and the overally atmosphere is icky. i love my stylist, and this salon is not up to standards in the slightest, so im glad that she is leaving this dump so i never have to come back again.
The salon will cancel your appts. Last minute if they feel other services are going to pay them more. They lie about openings and truly hate to do facials. BETSY is the worst about canceling! I will not recommend their services anymore. I dont want my friends or family to have to be disappointed like me when they cancel with no reasonable alternatives.
First I want to say the young lady who did my hair did a wonderful job at the cut on my first appointment! This review is not reflective of my first appointment for the cut only my second for color.I was very happy! But I came back in for strawberry blonde AND highlights and did NOT get this! I paid for the awful job she did but I left thinking after I styled it and I got a better look it wouldn't be so bad and yes we could correct it at the next appointment we se for this, She never mentioned doing this for a lower fee and ... read more
