Started coming to JCP salon last year and have made regular appointments since. The quality is unmatched. I come regular for color and straightening. Appreciate Angelique!
Had an appointment scheduled for May 25th at 1:30. Showed up, waited around 30 minutes for no one to show up in the salon. Went to the floor associate and asked if they could page a salon person back for me, only to be informed that they couldn't do that because none of their salon personnel showed up to work their shifts and weren't answering calls to get them to come in. Pointless to schedule an appointment here apparently. Huge waste of time.
Highly recommend Michelle! She does great!
I have difficult hair and Jenna does a fabulous job cutting it.
