I've always had great services with my stylist Earlie Jones. She has been doing my hair and at members of my family for over 15-20 years. She's knowledgeable and very thorough. She's an amazing person who also listens and cares. I dont know what I would do without her!!

As of today I still haven’t received a resolution. I called the 1-800 number vs getting a direct legitimate contact name and no. This is just a platform with no Action I will seek other resolution. Earlie Jones should not be doing natural hair!!! Or anyone else’s she wasn’t held accountable for her wrong doings! 3/223/25. Always a pleasant experience. I love the shampoo which is very therapeutic, the finished product is always a head turner!

Booked an appointment with Anna. She was busy at the time my appointment came up so she got me with Redd who was available. I was okay with it since I was just getting a trim. I should have walked out as soon as I sat down. Redd didn’t have scissors at his station. He had to go find them. Then as he was combing through my hair he started playing with the static factor of it. Never checked to see if both sides were cut evenly. End result of just the front attached. I left and got my hair fixed elsewhere.
