Horrible customer service over the phone. Lady couldn’t hear me and instead of letting me clarify what I was saying she hung up on me. Would have been my first time going but glad I didn’t end up going.

I had a mistake done and they said they would give me a refund and take me back to fix it and then just pay that. I went got it "fixed" and payed but they never refunded me the original first hair coloring.

I desperately needed help with my hair after receiving a botched haircut elsewhere. I booked an appointment with Shawna and could not be happier. Shawna listened and understood what I was looking for in a cut. She was patient and skillfully corrected and transformed my hair to an adorable style. I am so grateful to have found her.

I went in for a consultation to do a strand test because I had previous brown box dye coloring and some treatments. We let the bleach sit for 20 minutes and it got pretty light and in my pictures you could tell that it is blonde. So I scheduled an appointment to go back for a few face framing highlights. The lady who was doing my hair that day was different from the lady did my strand test. I go my hair highlights for is salon my hair highlights did old lady very bad experience i am not like for highlights colour shee told me you not like you come I fixed i go next week but .she not nice talking to me and told me give me phone number i call you when i free I wait 1,2,3, but not call me i go back salon she lady not coming I give again other lady my phone number she told me when come she call you but all most 2 months not call .my recommend not go is salon .
