JCPenney Salon has had over a month to rectify the issues from my initial review, phone calls, and emails. Never even received a chance to speak with the location's manager. I have already contacted the 1-800-322-1189 number a few times as the owner's automatic response will suggest. I was not helped any of the times that I called. I will not be returning.
Got an appointment on the JCP app with Shay for 1pm yesterday, arrived 5minutes early and waited 10 minutes after my appointment time. Never greeted by anyone, didn’t see any employees, asked customer service for help and she went to the back of the salon and found Shay somewhere. I left because I didn’t want her lack of professionalism taken out on my hair.

Jessica did mine and my maid of honors hair! She was amazing! Both of our styles lasted the whole day/night! She was so personable, and a delight! I hope she sees this!
