I would not trust this place for any kind of haircut. If you want a simple straight trim, maybe—but anything more than that is a no. I asked for bangs and ended up with a nightmare. The stylist didn’t get it right the first time. Her hand was shaking because she said she hadn’t eaten, so I went back to have it fixed. Marlene did an amazing job on my color correction and cut! She got me in for a last minute appointment and was able to fix my hair color and cut. She did a fantastic job!! Definitely going to see her from now on for any hair needs!

Charging for burns and scars is incredible. Nothings worth this.

I came to this salon because my stylist was not available and realized quickly why i wont be coming back to this salon! Donna used to work at this salon as a hair stylist and is my go to stylist still! She is now at Jennys salon and I highly recommend her for all services on hair! Please look her up if you are unsatisfied here!

JCPenney Salon has had over a month to rectify the issues from my initial review, phone calls, and emails. Never even received a chance to speak with the location's manager. I have already contacted the 1-800-322-1189 number a few times as the owner's automatic response will suggest. I was not helped any of the times that I called. I will not be returning.
