Please beware if you try to go during the back to school event for a haircut, there’s a sale going on right now for 12 dollars for students and teachers, just letting you know it’s going to be about 60$ when you’re through with it. I came in and was told they need to shampoo my hair, and blow dry, however during the process my stylist did suggest to straighten my hair however, I was not told that it would not be included as apart of the back to school cutting hair event. I went in Sunday, the stylist Alyncia (CeCe) did my hair. She was so gentle, caring, informative, patient, calming, soft toned, and remarkable. She took her time and explained everything she was doing to my hair, took extra precaution to make sure she was taking care of my hair. She made sure I understood what was going on with my hair and what she was using in my hair and why. She was gentle with my hair, she gave a rigorously wash and dried my hair proficiently. An absolutely amazing experience! From the time I walked into the salon I was greeted and felt welcomed. This was my first experience at a JCP Salon and it will not be my last. From the consultation to completion, my hair care specialist CeCe was phenomenal! My service today was not only relaxing and enjoyable but extremely educational. My hair is natural but it was over processed, dry, brittle and damaged.
