Waste of time and money here. The entire appointment was a mess from start to finish. My family and I had appointments but still had to wait a while before being seen. The person who booked our appointments put us to be seen back to back instead of together so we can leave at the same time. The lady at the front was apologetic but it did not fix the poor planning; plus we didn’t see the stylists who we were initially booked with. Do not Waste your time going to this salon, they do NOT know what they are doing. I came in to get my hair colored from NINA and she messed up the color of my hair. I cane in my hair was brown with highlights and I told her it was brassy, and I wanted it all one color to be brown, so I picked the color I wanted and it came out RED not even close to brown, mean while my roots are SO dark the color was off. I had a fine experience, I was able to walk in with no appointment, but the stylist was very slow and took about 90 minutes for a simple blowout and loose curl, which normally takes me half the time and put me in a rush. She did an ok job, just wasnt expecting how long it took.
