I walked in at 10am (no appt) for a highlight on my roots, was happy the girl said Dee could take me. I showed her the color bottle that my hair stylist uses on my hair and asked if she had that color, she didn’t but assured me that the bleach she uses will give me same color. I called in at 5:30 to see if they had time for a haircut. They told me to come right in. I Brought my 8 year old in to have her first real haircut. Her hair had become too long to reasonably manage. Our stylist was Annabel and we loved everything about her! She was very skilled at what she does, clearly has an amazing work ethic and she was patient and gentle combing out my daughter's very very tangled hair. Gianna was wonderful, I went in looking to get a lob above my shoulders. My hair was below the small of my back. She said she would cut it in stages. First cut was just above bra line. She suggested to cut another inch off. But that I shouldn't go any further. If I wanted it shorter to come back in a few weeks. She cut and styled my hair and I felt 10yrs younger. I went and celebrated my 59 birthday feeling AMAZING! Thank you

I would NOT recommend for men haircuts. (I have not gotten a women hair cut) both times I took my son for hair cut WITH appointment, both times they were helping another customer and had me on “hold” this last time I went they changed my stylist because she was busy with a customer. Why is the appointment set up then? So when they asked if they can change the stylist I asked “it’s going to be a hair cut with only scissors is that fine? Can you do it? She said yes. If you're looking to get a haircut here, particularly for men's, I'd suggest looking somewhere else because their salon isn't truly designed for both men and women. I went here to ask for a haircut during the time, somewhere in October where they gave $10 haircuts, and I anticipated a good barber. I had a polish woman as my barber and I asked from my haircut that she'd leave a little hair on the front, instead, I got a full buzzcut. I'd personally pay extra for a professional barber to look at a picture on how I want my hair... read more
