I have been b going since.2007. I have had wonderful stylists after retiring this last one i has another master stylist. was very unhappy m hair not cut to length I wanted. highlights not added on top was told i didnt need. only glossing. very disappointed after spending all thst money doesn't look good . still had dye behind my ears. after all these years Have to changevsalons. wish my girl Anna didn't retire. she was the best.
I love when Sonya Brown does my hair. When I go to the salon, I don't know what style I want, and she always comes up with several amazing styles for me to choose from. She is very patient, and very knowledgeable with her craft. I look forward to returning to her for service again.
I've been seeing Traci C. for about 11 years. She's professional, friendly and always does a great job. She takes into consideration what I want to do with my hair and doesn't attempt to push me to her ideas or something i'm not comfortable with. I would recommend her to anyone, she's great!

I come to this salon for one person and one person only. KAYLA ADAMS!!! She is the best hairstylist ever!!! I have recommended so many people to her, and they LOVE her and continue to come back. My daughter and I had an appointment for trims with Ellie. She completely destroyed my daughters hair by cutting the front to where she looks like she has a mullet and left me with extremely choppy uneven layers. Worst haircuts we have EVER had. It was clear she either is very new or only cuts men's hair or something. I didn't even realize how bad it was until we got home. My daughter has to wear her hair up everyday with barrettes to hide the terrible cut. We had to go to someone else to try to fix it and there wasn't even ... read more
Worst experience of my life. She over processed my hair. Told me I had a pretty neck and look younger. She destroyed my hair and didn't even apologize. I cried my eyes out in the salon. I now am wearing wigs. She should be reprimanded. This is so devastating
I have been going to the JC Pennys Salon in Clermont for the past 9 months. My hair is shiny, soft and healthy. Mane ladies stop me to ask me who does my hair. I tell the about July, the hairdresser that does my hair monthly. She takes great care of me and specially takes excellent care of my hair. I greatly te o mend July.
