I've gone back and forth on whether or not to leave a review... I got my hair done on July 3rd. The only reason I'm not requesting a complete refund is because it's been over two weeks. First off, I asked for a cool blonde balayage, and my stylist took 5 hours to do what looks like highlights. I am not a professional stylist, but this does not look like a light blonde balayage at all. Second, I'm not sure what kind/brand of bleach they use, but my hair is so damaged now. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this salon. I scheduled an appointment in person a week in advance to ensure my son could get his haircut for his first-year pictures. The day before the appointment—at 5:30 PM—they called to cancel, stating the stylist wouldn’t be there. This left me with no time to find another salon, completely ruining our plans. I never do reviews, but Kelli did SUCH an amazing job with my hair that I feel the need to leave a great review. I don’t trust anyone with my hair hardly, so it was nerve racking going to someone new for my hair, but I am IN LOVE with it!! She was also very kind
