I had an appointment with Ruth Banks in Spencer, a few weeks ago, and I have to say I highly recommend her!!! She is the first person to ever get my hair cut the way I have been asking for. It was same experience with my eyebrows, she was amazing!! I totally enjoyed visiting with her as she worked her magic. She is very down to earth, and ever so kind. She is very attentive, and communicates well with you on a plan. I am looking forward to visiting her again! Great work Beth, Thanks!
