I have gotten haircuts and hair color at this jcpenney. I don't recommend it. The service is not consistent. One out of ten times I have been happy with service and haircut. They have their favorite customers and are very selective and if you don't go often enough they don't treat you right. I had a hair color and the woman left me with the thin foil cap by the hair washers and came back 30 minutes later. Like she was avoiding me to go talk to her coworkers. I was very disappointed.
