Another salon that doesn't bother listening to your instructions on how you want your hair cut or blow dried. Rachel cut twice as much off the length than I asked for. Actually only on one side. It was completely uneven. I would not recommend this shop.

The staff is beyond helpful. They make customers feel like family. I never liked my glasses before. My new glasses are fantastic. The fit is great. Don't feel like I'm looking through a fog just trying to see. Recommend others to check it out. I'm very happy with my glasses.

I don't actually want to leave any stars. Most of the employees that I've dealt with couldn't care less about helping customers, are rude and don't have the "time" to answer a few questions about anything and you can definitely tell that they are only their for the paycheck and perks of an employee discount. They could care less if their job were at JCP or anywhere else.

Every department in this store is filthy. They have at least 4 registers and only 2 were open with one person at each. Very disappointed in this store it's so short staffed and it's a shame because it's inside the mall. It's always burning up in here also.

I did not expect to have such an amazing photo shoot but the pictures came out wonderful. They offered me a package for about $350 but I ended up only spending about $120. I was very pleased
