I am extremely upset and unsatisfied!! I came in for a perm even asked for the best stylest for the job as I have very long thick hair! I was told David was the best and been doing perms since the 80s. I come in he asks about my hair. I had balayage a little over a year ago and have been coloing it with kenra copper ever since. he said my hair was healthy and strong.
