I am extremely upset and unsatisfied!! I came in for a perm even asked for the best stylest for the job as I have very long thick hair! I was told David was the best and been doing perms since the 80s. I come in he asks about my hair. I had balayage a little over a year ago and have been coloing it with kenra copper ever since. he said my hair was healthy and strong. I just love how Bri shows a lot of concerns for my hair! She is very sweet, friendly, professional, nice, and focus strictly on healthy hair! And I love it when she address my hair issues that I didn't know about I really appreciate that so much! I can't wait to come back to see Bri to get a retouch next.
