Took Julia get signature blow out. It was horrible!!!! Hair didn't have shine body nor lasting curl. Bree did horrible job. Christmas day hair looked undone! But by it being holidays I didn't want to hurt stylist feelings!! BUT IF THAT IS WHAT IS THEY DO WE GOOD!!!!

I was 10 minutes late I was in the parking lot and yet stylist called said she had other clients and would have to cancel my appointment said ok go ahead cancel it I would reschedule. I was coming from Chino and there was two unexpected accidents on freeway but still tried make it on time. Went in to make an appointment with someone else on a different day. Bad experience.... I asked for a color many times, and the lady just applied the color that she wanted. If she can't do that or any problem with my hair. Why she didn't telling me before? It was my decision if I wanted to continue or not.

I didn't even know this place existed until recently. They were having a special for kids haircuts and I thought I would try this salon. My daughter has sensory difficulties and the staff here was amazing at accommodating her. This was the first hair cut in 5 years that didn't end in tears. Jessie listened to my little girl and made adjustments throughout the entire time. Jessie was calm and fun at the same time.
