They cut my little 4yr old girl hair too short. I will never take her back here.
We went in for a kid's cut for my child, the salon worker did not try to make him feel relaxed when he was obviously not comfortable with her. I felt bad and let her trim my hair, big mistake. My son finally let her cut his hair and it came out horribly. We will not be back.
EDIT: Called the JCP customer support line as per the response and it was pointless. They did nothing. I used to come here in high school and get really good haircuts. However, the last three times I've come here I've been extremely dissatisfied to the point of tears on how they messed up my hair, this last time being the worst by far. I asked for a bob to my chin and the stylist said, "No, that's far too short!" 30 minutes later, she had cut my hair halfway up my head, to below my ears, in the style of a French bob.
