Had the best experience here! I had an appt at another major salon but they cancelled on me last minute but thankfully JC Penney Salon was able to get me in same day!! Big shout out to Crystal and Sky!!! These ladies were so awesome and made it a great experience!! Can't wait to go back!
I have been a client at this salon since we moved to the area, for about a year and half. Desiree is my stylist, and she is amazing. Highly skilled and thorough. Desiree doesn't rush, she takes time and does an excellent work. My highlights colour lasts from visit to visit. I love the atmosphere in the salon, everyone is kind and friendly. The product selection is great and prices are decent.
