My grandma went there to get her hair done. I am a hairstylist myself, I gave specific notes on how to do her hair the way she likes it and the stylist ignored the requests and cut her hair way too short and did not blend correctly. She will not be returning.

Please don’t make the same mistake I did by coming to JC penny hair salon. I made an appointment online with Isabel based on her little description box that says she specializes in "bayalage" she completely messed up my hair 2 TIMES. At the first appt before she took me on, i explained to her that i had black hair dye in my hair. she knew and still told me the balayage could be done. She bleached my hair. Told me it lifted to a 7/8 on the hair scale. Then she over toned my hair and said she let the toner sit too long. So the... read more
