Please don’t make the same mistake I did by coming to JC penny hair salon. I made an appointment online with Isabel based on her little description box that says she specializes in "bayalage" she completely messed up my hair 2 TIMES. At the first appt before she took me on, i explained to her that i had black hair dye in my hair. she knew and still told me the balayage could be done. She bleached my hair. The barber cut too much hair off even though I explicitly told her I need to leave the length and just tidy the ends up. The hair is patchy and cut unevenly. I had someone with me ask her to fix something on the back and sides multiple times. The day is ruined because now I need to go somewhere else to fix what's been done to my hair. I highly encourage anyone to avoid this place.
