I’ve been seeing Heather for a while now, and she is truly one-of-a-kind. Whether it’s a quick refresh, a trim, or a complete color transformation, I never leave disappointed. What really sets her apart is that she’s the only stylist I’ve ever known who genuinely checks in to make sure you love the result. She always asks if any adjustments are needed before you leave the chair, ensuring you walk out feeling 100% confident. Her talent and her care for her clients are unmatched!
JC Penney advertises walk-ins, but DO NOT take walk-ins. I will NEVER use JC Penney Salons again.
My stylist made me and both my daughters absolutely beautiful. We all got the haircut of our dreams and the stylist was kind and caring the entire way through. Would go back to see her again and again. The very cute brunette
