Brandi has been doing my hair for several years at the Dover JCPenny Salon. I can honestly say I'm very happy with the service I receive! Each time I arrive, I'm greeted and treated well. Brandi and her colleagues are professional, quick and thorough. The salon is clean and spacious. Brandi knows how to do many styles with various hair types. Brandy is an amazing stylist. She is very knowledgeable about both hair color and highlights, and has been doing my hair for years. Brandy is skilled with all hair lengths; however, works her skilled magic on long hair. She has an infectious positive personality, and is flexible with scheduling.
