Terrible visit and now I need to go get this awful haircut fixed. The stylist did not wash my hair, she cut off 3 inches after I asked for 1/2 inch to be taken off. She didn’t give any layers even though I provided multiple reference photos. My hair is choppy and uneven. The things she discussed made me uncomfortable. I always have a great time at this salon but this visit was the worst experience I’ve had anywhere!
Got a haircut yesterday. Told her to leave the side peices alone, TRIM it and then do a bunch of layers. I give 3 stars bc she was polite and did the layers well and only trimmed the front side peices a bit for curtain bangs but she did not trim my hair. I showed references, grabbed my hair where I wanted the length to show her and said just a trim, just barely above the shoulders and my hair was only a bit below my shoulders so it rlly would just be barely a trim but its all the way up my neck, my hair is 3 inches long. Over priced for a terrible job. Asked for face framing highlights and got two totally different colors unblended together. The highlights are completely misplaced and was way over charged for the horrible job done.
Lorena did an amazing job with my hair. She took amazing care of me and took my red box dyed hair to blonde in one day. She also gave me medium layers while keeping my length as I asked. I left so happy and it was money worth spent. Book with Lorena!
Martha did amazing on my hair ,after box dying it dark brown so many times until it looked black within time ,she made my hair look exactly how my natural hair color looked
