Booked with Melba bc based off her profile picture online. it seemed like she’d be able to do the hair cut I wanted bc it was similar. But when I arrived I could tell that the profile picture I saw was taken at least 20 years ago. Praise to Jennifer! She got me all the way together! My hair was a hot mess and she made it pretty again. She is super sweet and talented. I now go to Sarah. She is the GOAT! She is soo good at what she does!
Melba Ellis is excellent. She took care of my hair that i wanted to donate. She was gentle as she seemed to take note of our conversation, she payed attention to what I wanted and delivered excellent service. I also noticed that the the salon was being cleaned with extreme care. The hair rollers got cleaned one by one. Everything was super nice and smelled clean. I will preface with I wasn’t able to get a service as my “stylist” double booked. When I arrived and game my name my stylist was talking with another client in the lobby area. She decided she would work on both of us at the same time. I can handle that, mine was just suppose to be a clarifying treatment. She let me know right away I would leave with wet hair.
