I looked forward to going to the JCPENNEY Salon, it was a time for me to relax and get my hair looking beautiful again!
Elizabeth Miller wasy stylist in Mt. Juliet. She listened and offered advice when asked. Fantastic head massage whiley hair was being washed. Will be coming back.
Very rude woman at the desk! Got there 30 minutes before appointment, no problem just wanted to let them know I'm here! But, they had a class and made 3 customers wait until 3:30 for their 3 O'CLOCK appointments. They should have called us and canceled our appointments if they couldn't take us AT OUR APPOINTMENT AT 3 O'CLOCK!!!! Very unprofessional!!! They just lost Two customers!!!!
