When someone boasts about their years of experience, they should be able to back it up by the quality of their work. I recently had a root perm (was supposed to be a root perm) and it's been about two weeks and two inches of the top is straight already. I had my haircut at JC Penney Salon with Debbie and I couldn't be more thankful of how great my experience was. She was so warm and expert in handling my delicate hair.

Maria E has been doing my hair for over 20 years and she always does an amazing job. I highly recommend Maria E. Not only is she good at her job but she is very personable and caring you can tell she loves what she does.

Anastasia always slays my cut & color 💕🙏🏻 I highly recommend her for all your color and hair cutting needs. She’s also fantastic to chat with and will make sure you leave the chair feeling relaxed and beautiful. I love her attention to detail too and she always makes sure my hair is looking flawless and shiny and fit to my face.
