Kim working in the beauty department does a fantastic job! She was very helpful, informative, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. Not only did she recommend products to me, but knew the in’s and out’s of them as well. Fabulous job and person highly recommend.
I've been going to JCPenney Salon for years, and I have never been disappointed. They are wonderful! The staff are highly skilled and incredibly sweet. Chandiss has been my stylist for many years, and when the JCP at Monmouth Mall closed, I followed her to the Freehold JCP salon. She is worth the trip! So very kind and patient, and unbelievably talented. Whether you need a cut, color, style, or help making a decision, THIS is where you need to go. I would give them ten stars, if I was able.
Good service, friendly staff. Nice haircut with good hair care advice provided by the staff & very quick service
Why when i need to get touch up they mess up my highlights, got darker. Highlights are expensive to redo . Very disappointed from my visit as if they do it in purpose to go back for highlights
