Went for a silk press and got her damage. My curls won't revert. I had high hopes now I am devastated.

This place has been on a steady decline for years. They keep losing stylists and from my understanding, there are only 2 left. That said, no one answers the phone anymore, and the last time I scheduled an appointment with them, it took over a week just to get ahold of someone and set something up. Only for them to cancel the appointment the day of. They're not even a real business at this point. Like I said they don't monitor their phones, and they don't keep the hours shown.

Nancy Saracino has been my stylist for years. My hair is long and hard to perm but she does an excellent job every single time. She is very attentive to detail and knows her craft well! Thank you Nancy for your expertise! If you need a stylist, ask for Nancy!

Probably should have turned around and walked back out when I saw an empty salon with no receptionist and the only other person getting a haircut was 90, but I was desperate for a trim. Desperation got me a dry, straight across trim of 3-4" instead of 2". I can't even be mad, I knew a mall trim was a risk.
