Running a $10 haircut for walk ins but have turn EVERY PERSON AWAY SAYING THEY ARE BOOKED UP! They have been saying this the whole event dates! We have come in everyday and everyday told same thing. Was told today that theyve been booked up for weeks with coliring appointments so no one is getting tge $10 cuts. JCPENNY IS ON ITS WAY OUT ALREADY WAY TO TO KEEP NAILING THE COFFIN SHUT FASTER! From now on buying products from ulta!
Would Rate this place -100 stars if I could. Decided to try this place since my usual 2 salons were booked. Waited in the store for an hour for their ten dollar walk in haircuts today. Got up there to check in was the first person in line and they told me they didn’t have any availability until tomorrow at 4pm. How is it a walk in if you don’t have any availability. Came in for the first time the other day and had Andrea do a vibrant purple in my hair. The color was super even and she was very through with making sure I knew the upkeep on it. She was very knowledgeable in answering my questions about managing my color as well! I will be back to see her again!
Ciana Kroner, the store manager, came across as incredibly arrogant when I addressed a mistake that was on behalf of the company and insisted she was right instead of having compassion for the customer's experience. It felt racially targeted. It's sad to see that people still treat others poorly based on the color of their skin.
