I was in town running quick errands alone and did a walk in appointment. Janea (possibly incorrect spelling) was at the front desk and immediately said no problem come sit down. I have super thin hair that’s always in a ponytail and didn’t think I would be walking out with a blow out that looked really great. After an incredible hair massage/shampoo she was patient with my hair. I had a great experience with her and definitely going back to her when in MS.
Walked in about 6:00 desperately needing a haircut before I travelled the next day. One employee had already clocked out and packing her stuff up so she asked the manager if she could cut my hair. Manager declined to cut it. I called Aveda who worked me in and did a fantastic job.
I made an appointment and the lady called in sick. I hadn't cut my hair in 7 years and was pretty excited. They said that they had called me but I don't answer numbers I don't know. I was disappointed.
