I am only giving one star due to the fact that I have been satisfied with the work the hair stylist has done. From the very first visit the hair stylist was unprofessional. However this last visit not only was she unprofessional but said some offensive things while cutting my child's hair. I will not be coming back.
My experience here was not satisfactory. The silk press I received was awful. I asked about a first time client discount. I was told I couldn't receive a discount. I will be speaking to the manager about whether or not I was suppose to receive a discount. I went back and purchase hair products. The stylist that did my hair checked me out. She knew my hair was not acceptable to be a Master's stylist. I just wanted her to acknowledge that my hair my was not done properly.
