I had Livi cut my hair yesterday and she did an amazing job. I love how patient she was discussing the cut with me before she started and then she checked in with me regularly through the service to ensure we had good communication and a great haircut. Thank you again Livi for the great haircut!
I have been going to this salon for over a year to have my hair colored and cut. The staff is always friendly and professional. When I asked about a product recommendation, Andy not only made a suggestion but also asked another stylist for their recommendation as well. Always a pleasant and positive experience!
I have no words to explained what or why happened simply a disturbing experience when you want a refund. I did after pulling teeth get a refund it helped to have a attorney help you ask in a certain way but sooo disappointed with salon manager Andrew and my long time stylist James so disappointed in all that was said. Be careful if you were paying 130.00 for short hair highlights it's now 190.00 thank god I'm free from that salon and it's tatics
