I’m a new mom and for a few weeks have wanted to chop my hair into a bob. I haven’t ever had my hair done regularly, so I didn’t know how to find someone for this — so I booked my appointment with Ericah yesterday and got in same day…I was excited to scratch the itch I’d had for short hair, but also pretty nervous to have a good experience and outcome. I had Candace cut and color my hair Friday but by Sunday I wanted it shorter so I went back ! Candace did great job loved it but this older woman kept sneaking around watching us I thought she was a boss but she wasn’t she did work there but I didn’t like her sneaking around watching us it made me feel very uncomfortable ! This isn't much about the hair stylist that works there. It's more of a complaint to their current manager, I believe her name was Stacy, I sadly had an experience today with her. Trying to rush me off quickly, it's a salon it should be more relaxing. at the time of paying it was all rushed and wanting to charge way more than what I was charged before 50 dollars more to be exact. In that case I should just dye my hair myself. If it wasent for the amazing stylist I wouldn't be going there.
