Made an appointment, showed up 15 minutes early, they told us to come back in an hour. Dont waste your time or money.
I’m extremely disappointed with our recent photoshoot experience. For the amount we paid, the time we invested, and the added stress of managing twin toddlers, it’s honestly unacceptable that we did not receive access to all of the photos taken. We even waited an additional 40 minutes, and throughout the session, the photographer showed very little effort or creativity. The absolute worst experience ever...took my 6 month old for his pictures and after all the motions of posing the front desk clerk didn't even put our order through the system. She lied and said my $175 package included prints and a canvas! Turned out that package doesn't exist and we only found out from calling to inquire where the link was for the " shutterfly " printer! So we got no prints, canvas or even the l8nk for the digital photos!
Devon was awesome!! He was very creative and the pictures turned out great.
Just got my families metal print and its beautiful! DON'T pay attention to these crazy reviews. The team at the studio now are great, cool people. I remember a customer came to the counter literally screaming at them about the appointment. Manager kindly and very professionally stepped in and explained to her that because she was late and missed her appointment she was now considered a walk in and other on time appointments were being prioritized until they had an opening.
