Devon was awesome!! He was very creative and the pictures turned out great.
Just got my families metal print and its beautiful! DON'T pay attention to these crazy reviews. The team at the studio now are great, cool people. I remember a customer came to the counter literally screaming at them about the appointment. Manager kindly and very professionally stepped in and explained to her that because she was late and missed her appointment she was now considered a walk in and other on time appointments were being prioritized until they had an opening. Book your photo session with DEVON, now!!! He's back at the studio!!! I remember we showed up with out-of-towner's a few minutes late to celebrate my grandmothers birthday, we wanted family photo's done. They were backed up and Devon was positive the entire time LMAO. Made sure we were in-and-out with the photo's we were promised and more!!! The process took about an hour and a half and we had a blast! He was AMAZING at capturing my children and family during the session. Book with DEVON now!!!
Really disappointed in our experience this year. I went to this location last year and had a great experience. We waited over an hour past our appointment with two small children. The photographer was awful she gave no guidance and it was like pulling teeth to get her to give any guidance on posing, which did not help my fussy children. We ended up having to give up on the entire shoot. So I paid 160$ for photos with little to no effort from our photographer. I would give zero stars if I could! We had an appointment scheduled for 6pm and showed up 10 minutes late. They told us we had to be considered walk-ins because of that. We have now been waiting just about 2 hours with a 7 year old, 3 year old, and 8 month old with tons of people going ahead of us. It’s like they decided we needed to go absolutely last even though we had an appointment!! Even people who didn’t have an appointment have gone before us! Absolutely ridiculous. We will never be back!!
