The photographer is amazing, the people who work there are nice enough, and we always love the results of the photoshoot but never the process. They're always behind, and this is the third photoshoot where we had to wait almost 2 hours to take our pictures. I don't know if they're going above and beyond in the picture process to make sure the family is fully satisfied with their poses or just mismanagement of time. Laila (Lyla) was our photographer on Dec. 4th and she did such an amazing job! Went in for Xmas card photos and didn’t know what to expect. She was great with our 2 young kiddos and really helped us get nice shots. She knew how to pose us (thank god lol) and came up with so many different things so we were just looking awkward and stuff in every photo. She is an amazing addition to your team and you should give her a raise!!
