I feel like the representatives on the phone. We’re not very transparent about the pricing and didn’t care about going to detail even when I was asking about it and I was shocked. My photos came out for $235 after being only $15 on the phone and $48 for services After I receive my services and receive it was 100% worth . Cat was the absolute best ! Lisa rocks! There’s 9 of us (we did a memorial photo shoot for my late Husband) and we could get silly. Lisa was patient and laughed with us, guided us thru the whole process! Our pictures are absolutely beautiful! Thank you Lisa for everything and you have amazing customer service!
We did the pet photo session and it was a wonderful experience. Our photographer was very nice and got some great shots. I dont remember her name, both employees working were great and on it.
Great service haven't been to JC Penny's since was 15years old still a great store
