I've been to this location many times, but this last experience did not meet my expectations. My family and I (my husband, our three children, my mother, and I) came in on Mother's Day. I received a call the day before stating there may be a wait, so we were prepared to wait. We only ended up waiting about 15 minutes, however the session felt very rushed. I had 4 photos sessions with them and never been disappointed. Cat was my most recent photographer. The amount of patience and understanding she had with my children (4 year old & 1 year old). She made them laugh and waited until they were ready. Never did I feel rushed. She capture all lot of great shots. Thank you Cat!

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with jcpenney portraits at the meadows mall. It's by far the best experience I have had with this company. I have been a member for 6+ years mainly at the gallery mall which my experience there were not terrible but the last session made me change locations and I am glad I went here. The amount of patients the lady had with our photo time was amazing. She understood the sentiment of marking the occasion who is Turning 15 and in our culture it is a becoming of age celebration. I went to contact them. I have done my last photo shoot when I was in high school about 20 years ago. I now have a substantial amount of Instagram followers I'm doing really well in life. I just started in a relationship and I would love to get some photos done. Tried to contact the owner and speak to them. But the energy is just horrible when it comes to taking photos in 2026 it's definitely one of those things where they can use any attention that they can get. Just seem like the whole energy in five change the display.
