I took my teenage daughter for dance portraits. We were greeted by Brandon and Cobe. We discussed the details for my daughter's photos and they helped me select backdrops. Brandon got everything set up and Cobe took the pictures. My daughter changed costumes 4 times and did multiple poses in all costumes. Cobe was very accommodating and patient and was able to take many of the pictures quickly so my daughter did not have to hold the poses for a long time. We booked our child’s birthday photos here. At our first appointment we waited over 45 minutes for the photographer to finish with his other appointment but by the time he was ready our child was crying so we booked for the next weekend. We came back at our appointment time, and still waited over 30 minutes. The photographer rushed through our shoot. We didn’t get any full length pictures and many of them were off centered. We were able to get a few good prints but overall was not a good experience.

After a bad experience at the Willowbrook location, I decided to give the Cypress one a try, and I’m ecstatic!! We haven’t even gotten the pictures yet but the previews were gorgeous. Deion took amazing care of us & was extremely patient and professional with our puppy. If you can request him specifically, I HIGHLY recommend his expertise!
