They did a really good job with our pictures. Our photographer Kevin was awesome.
Bad customer service
I needed a portrait photo that I could use on networking sites, and scheduling through the JCPenney website was a breeze. At the studio, Michael was friendly, thorough, and efficient. I left with what I needed to get my portfolio started and I'll be coming back when I can be better prepared. Thanks!
Truly a scam. Does not tell people the prices of the pictures before taking them. Says there is discounts just to be told there is not. Stay away from their seasonal photos. Easter bunny and Santa pictures. Go to your local bass pro shop.
