We scheduled our appointment for 12:30, showed up on time, and still got skipped for families who arrived and had an appointment after us. When I pointed it out, I was treated like I was wrong even though it was obvious we had been overlooked. But the part that sent me over the edge? They LOST our photos. Hours of prepping, driving there, waiting around for an hour with kids, getting dressed, full makeup… gone. Not one picture to show for it. The amount of disrespect to my time and effort is unreal. Giving 5 stars because the photoshoot was everything we hoped for! Alex was super helpful and kind, and he made posing feel so easy. My husband and I loved every single photo. Thank you to Alex and the lovely girl helping him (we didn't get her name ) but nonetheless they were both amazing! They truly helped us capture a meaningful memory as a married couple!
