We scheduled our appointment for 12:30, showed up on time, and still got skipped for families who arrived and had an appointment after us. When I pointed it out, I was treated like I was wrong even though it was obvious we had been overlooked. But the part that sent me over the edge? They LOST our photos. Giving 5 stars because the photoshoot was everything we hoped for! Alex was super helpful and kind, and he made posing feel so easy. My husband and I loved every single photo. Thank you to Alex and the lovely girl helping him (we didn't get her name ) but nonetheless they were both amazing! They truly helped us capture a meaningful memory as a married couple!

Really bad experience. I purchased a Groupon and called to ask if I can use it during the Santa event. I was told yes on 4 different occasions (and I even asked the employees to speak with the manager) and I was assured my Groupon would be fine. Photo day arrived and my son is 4 years old and ready to see Santa, but they would not accept my Groupon and I was told it would be 200 dollars for the cheapest package for him to get photos with Santa. My brother and I went to get awkward portraits taken and our photographer was awesome :) His name was Alejandro Vera and he made the process so much more comfortable, easy, and fun. Would recommend booking with him if you can.
