Made an appointment at 11:45 for a business/ headshot session. When I arrived, the studio was closed. There was a mother with her young son that had an 11:00 appointment. She informed me that she spoke to a manager about the portrait studio being closed and that someone was on the way. At around noon a manager showed up explaining that the photographer wouldn't be in until 3:00. We ended up canceling.
