Got here 5 minutes late. They called me while I was walking in and said they had another appointment in 10 minutes. They asked if I wanted to reschedule cause they wouldn't have time to do my photos before the next people. I rescheduled at another JcPenny location and was on time. Other people got there 30 minutes late to that location and were still able to get their photos done.

False advertising at its finest do not believe any of the prices they say online there is hidden fees and extra charges per person. Even with their so-called $50 off, it is all the front you’re $169 photo shoot that you signed up for turns into a $255 Shoot just be prepared

Was not happy at all with the new born photo shoot we had with our granddaughter. The 2 girls that were taking the pictures seemed beyond clueless to everything. We had several outfits we wanted to put her in but there is absolutely no where to change her or try and get her ready so we had to juggle her in our arms to do it. The photographer had so many opportunities to take alot of adorable pictures but just stood on the step stool and was waiting for what exactly I don't know.
