Came here for a maternity shoot with my partner, photos came out great. Aimee the photographer, was extremely helpful and made us feel super comfortable! Would definitely come back here to take more photos when the baby arrives :)

My best friend and I scheduled an “awkward best friend photo shoot” at JCPenney Portrait Studio, and it turned out to be one of the most fun and memorable experiences we’ve ever had! Very unprofessional and rude. We had an appointment at 5pm and we were there at 5pm and saw it the place was crowded. They kept us waiting till 5:40 and at 5:40 the photographer tried take in a family whose appointment was at 5:30pm and then I objected. She got very rude and really came upon us (my 34 wks pregnant wife and our dog) with two more customers who were speaking the same language which was not English. Everything was really great, I was around 7 min late, as we didn’t know where to go and it was severely crowded, but it’s really expensive for what your getting.. I luckily had someone great who got me some discounts.. But there are many things in the photos i want to fix and it sucks i spent so much to only have a few photos taken and only a few are really usable, I would probably not use JCPenney for photos again just bc of the misleading prices and honestly lack of quality for that
