We had to wait for 30 minutes and it seems like photographer was new , no knowledge of angle or photography. Really disappointed!!!

I am writing to express my immense frustration regarding the recent photography experience we had at JC Portraits, which utterly failed to meet our expectations after paying $150 for only three photos. My husband took our son in for graduation pictures after he missed his ceremony picture day at school. We were instructed by the school to visit your establishment. I had an extremely disappointing experience at JCPenny Portrait today, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. I originally had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 PM, but yesterday I received a call informing me that due to their scheduling error, my appointment had to be moved to 4:00 PM. Despite the inconvenience, I agreed to accommodate their mistake and made sure to arrive on time, driving all the way from Cupertino. Shawn was a great photographer! Very funny, engaging, and gave us great knowledge about our visit. We did a newborn photo shoot and had a great experience.
