We had the absolute best experience with Linzee/Lindsay — and I’m so sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong! She took our grad photos, and we’re also able to use them for our business profiles, which makes them even more special. From the start, she made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Jcp photography has seriously gone downhill. Unfortunately it's the last retail photography place in town but probably not for long. The session felt rushed, with little effort to review images or retake poor shots. The biggest issue was another employee whose poor hygiene was impossible to ignore. He had greasy hair, a strong body odor, and appeared visibly sick with a persistent cough while interacting with customers. He was also unable to answer basic questions about the services offered. This is my second time taking pictures here and the experience is always amazing! This time, I went to take business headshots and Isabel understood exactly what I was looking for. She was patient, professional and overall an amazing photographer! I was very happy with the results. Thanks to everyone for their great energy. I’ll be back for all of my photo needs.
